early positioning of the site launched in Dec, 1998, has made for
a good service level for new & experienced Japanese online traders. |

3,150 yen per market order. Telephone orders are 5,250 yen per limit
order, and 5,250yen for a market order. These are fixed rates for
orders up to 1,000,000 yen in value. |

in the current version. Easy to follow explanations are well organized.
The demo online is helpful in practicing new trading skills before
going live in the market. |

of preliminary questions. FAQs cover many customer enquiries very
thoroughly. Telephone support is offered in Japanese via toll-free
