POSITION NAME GROUP/AREA	( TOKYO, JAPAN ) Top US Investment bank now requires an experienced LEGAL & COMPLIANCE OFFICER who wishes to take a challenging role in a growing team. The ideal candidate will be driven to succeed within a high-paced team centered environment. This specialized role will coordinate directly with the institution's global managers to process MOF as well as ISDA trade documentation. Similar derivatives experience would be optimum as details of specific products need to be clearly understood. International credit backgrounds in Asia are very positive.
